Spanish View Tower Homes, a development of three 18-story condominium towers under construction, recently completed its design center at its 15-acre site south of the Las Vegas Beltway, just west of Buffalo Drive.

The 2,000-square-foot design center is located at the new Prudential Americana Group Realtors' offices at 8337 W. Sunset Road, Suite 300.

Prudential agents Jeannine Cutter and David Berg are handling sales for the 444-unit complex in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

On display are samples of fixtures, flooring, paint coloring, lighting and custom furnishings.
