Spanish View Tower Homes, a development of three 18-story condominium towers under construction, recently completed its design center at its 15-acre site south of the Las Vegas Beltway, just west of Buffalo Drive.

The Clark County Commissioner's office today approved the plans for Las Vegas Central, the new 40-story high-rise condominium community located near the Las Vegas Convention Center. Scheduled for completion in summer 2007, Langson Development, the project's developer, will commence construction as soon as permits are issued by Clark County.

Its front windows wish you "Feliz Navidad" in paint that won't wash off. The landscaping consists of four shriveling cacti and a patio piled with empty cat food boxes. Inside, it's 700 square feet of confirmed bachelor's clutter. And it can all be yours for $1.2 million - cash.

Plans include a 4,000-room hotel and casino, three 400-room boutique hotels, 1,650 condominiums and 550,000 square feet of a retail, dining and entertainment area.
