Madame Tussauds Las Vegas will immortalize the late rap music star Tupac Shakur on April 5 when it opens its new "On Stage" attraction.

The now iconic image of a shirtless Tupac sporting a bandana and displaying his tattoos will join with Prince, Bono, Mick Jagger, Elton John, James Brown, Little Richard, Billy Idol, Elvis and a number other super stars to celebrate the diversity of music.

"We have received more requests from the public to immortalize Tupac than any other rap star," said Adrian Jones, general manager of Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.
