Off the Strip locations have a few good points: they are away from the crowds, less noisy, and offer low room rates.
These are the pluses, but there are also some not so good things that come along. Some
times locations are not so safe, or the amenities of the rooms and the entire hotel are very poor. Other times there are no transportation-facilities to the Strip or to the airport.
